How can I get one?
So now a days, children can apply for a badge online via the BBC Blue Peter website. There are 8 badges to earn and each have a theme which include music, kindness, echo friendly, community and sports. Your child just needs to be age 5-15 years old and what you need to do to apply for one depends on which badge they chose. So for example – Mason has chosen apply for a Music one which is actually a pretty cool one and was designed by Ed Sheeran!
He answered a few questions on the online form and sent some photos of a recent Musical he was in with a theatre group he goes to.
The blue Peter website advises badges take take up to 12 weeks to arrive but you can apply for as many as you like. It’s a great way to celebrate kids achievements as well as a cool way of getting free child admission on days out! No cost and no catches!
